I'm confused about recent changes to BTC->WU service as it results in massive losses to customers.
Instead of receiving somewhere near the equivalent of little over 400USD in local currency i got the equivalent of 300USD.
In the past this never happen and i always receive fund very near to WU exchange rate to local currency, stay away from this service if you not receiving in USD and refunds are very slow.
im very confused if i made exchange from btc to usd wu , why should i get my money in another currency ?? and why if you want to send me 724 usd i only get 650 usd im very disappointed from your service and i dont think will return again
