Due to high volume of Fraud attempt, disrespectful behavior anonymously with support manager, not interested of personal information sharing (Email, Name, Phone Number), non-traceable, Normal user can able to dеlete messages/chat history in the middle of conversation, at the same time using multiple support channel to increase workload. Therefore we decided to stop proving support via Telegram. From today we no longer able to provide support via Telegram.
Instead of that we enabled Live chat system with multi-language system. So all of you can get support real-time and in your local language.
